Baking has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It all started when I was eight, perfecting the classic snickerdoodle. The kitchen quickly became my favorite place to experiment and share tasty treats with family and friends.
After meeting my husband, I traveled to his home in Australia and tried Pavlova for the first time. I loved its light, sweet flavor and wanted to bring that experience back with me.
Now, with a whisk in hand and a bit of a fun twist, I’m creating my own version of Pavlova—crunchy, fluffy, and full of joy. Get ready to enjoy a slice of Aussie-inspired happiness!!
